Pre-Reservation with Deposit

For offers with limited availability, we offer the option of pre-reservation against payment of a deposit, which will be credited toward the total purchase price. By paying the deposit, the participant enters into a binding reservation for a specific offer that will take place at a later date. The amount of the deposit as well as the booking and availability period are specified in the respective offer description or during the booking process.

The deposit constitutes a binding legal transaction. The remaining balance must be paid within the timeframe specified by us. Upon completion of the final purchase, the deposit will be fully credited toward the total price.

If the final booking is not completed within the specified timeframe, the reservation will expire. In this case, the deposit will be refunded or—where applicable—offset against cancellation or administrative fees.

Cancellation and Refund Policy for Deposits

• A reservation secured by a deposit may be canceled free of charge up to one (1) month prior to the start date of the retreat or event. In this case, the deposit will be fully refunded.

• Cancellations made less than one (1) month before the start date are non-refundable, and the deposit will be retained.

• Exceptions apply only if expressly agreed in writing.

Reservations and deposits are non-transferable and may not be assigned to third parties or applied to other offers.

These conditions apply to both on-site live retreats and online workshops and retreats. For online offers, the full participation fee must be paid in advance. For live retreats, a deposit is required to secure a place, with the remaining balance payable according to the deadlines communicated during the booking process.

Payments are processed via Stripe or other available payment providers.

Terms and Conditions for Online Yoga Participation

​

1. Personal Responsibility and Health

Participation in our Online Yoga Retreats is at the participant’s own risk. Each participant is responsible for ensuring that they are physically and mentally fit to take part in the offered yoga practices and activities. The organizer and yoga instructors assume no liability for injuries, health issues, or damages arising from participation.

2. Internet Connection

Participants are responsible for ensuring a stable and sufficient internet connection. We recommend a high-speed connection. No refunds will be granted for disruptions caused by technical or connectivity issues on the participant’s side.

3. Use of Zoom

Participation requires the timely installation of the Zoom software. Participants are responsible for installing, updating, and testing Zoom prior to the start of the event.

4. Technical Equipment

Participants are responsible for providing and operating their own technical equipment, including but not limited to computers, tablets, smartphones, cameras, microphones, and speakers.

5. Changes and Cancellations

The organizer reserves the right to make reasonable changes to the schedule, content, instructors, or format of the Online Yoga Retreats. In the event of cancellation by the participant, the cancellation terms communicated at the time of booking shall apply.

6. Data Protection

By participating, participants consent to the collection, processing, and use of their personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

7. Intellectual Property

All content provided as part of the Online Yoga Retreats—including texts, videos, audio recordings, and images—is protected by copyright. Reproduction, distribution, or sharing without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

Force Majeure

If the event or retreat cannot take place, or can only take place in part, due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control (force majeure), we reserve the right to cancel, postpone, reschedule, relocate, or reasonably modify the event.

Force majeure includes, but is not limited to:

• Natural disasters (e.g. fire, floods, earthquakes, storms)

• Destruction, damage, or unavailability of the retreat or event location

• Pandemics, epidemics, or governmental restrictions

• War, terrorism, political unrest, strikes, or civil disturbances

• Failure of essential infrastructure or utilities

In such cases, no claims for damages may be made against the organizer, including but not limited to travel expenses, accommodation costs, or loss of income.

Any payments already made, including deposits, will—at our discretion—either:

• be fully refunded, or

• be credited toward a rescheduled date or a comparable alternative offer.

No further claims shall arise.

By booking and participating, participants confirm that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
